The quote from Google's quote of the day seriously appealed to me. From street corner evangelists proclaiming that Jesus is the answer to Politicians who claim to have a plan, and IT consultants are often finding the solution. None of it matters until you identify and understand the problem, as against simply the presenting symptoms of the problem.
